 How Brain Wave was Born

 

Brain Wave transforms personal battles with mental health into uplifting tools for strength and inspiration. Founded by Miguel, the brand was born from a deeply personal journey after a life-changing breakdown later diagnosed as chronic mental illness. During his recovery, he drew a self-watering flower—a symbol of resilience and self-nurturing—that gave him the strength to carry on and became the foundation of Brain Wave.

Miguel believes that everything is possible and now lives a perfectly balanced life, showing that even the toughest challenges can be overcome. Through Brain Wave, he shares the tools that helped him—surfing and self-expression—offering hope and empowerment to others on their paths to growth and healing.
